- March 24, 2026: Call For Entries Opens
- May 8, 2026: Early Entry Deadline

- September 29, 2026: Finalists Announced and Listeners Choice Voting opens
- October 15, 2026: Listener’s Choice Voting closes
- October 20, 2026: Winners Announced
September 29th-October 15th | Finalist Announcement & Listeners Choice
On September 29th The 2026 Signal Award Finalists are revealed: all of this season’s top-scoring podcasts as determined by our Judging Academy. Each Finalist will be notified via email about their status, and entered automatically into the Listener’s Choice voting campaign which opens the same day. From September 29th through October 15th, the Listener’s Choice voting portal is live, and we anticipate over 100k voters to mobilize and elevate their favorite shows.
Oct 20 | Winners Announcement
October 20th is the moment of truth: which podcasts won Bronze, Silver or Gold in this year’s Signal Awards will be revealed, as well as the Listener’s Choice Award Winner in each category.
