With over two decades of experience in the production trenches, I currently serve as Post Production Manager at Spotify, where I design and implement the workflows that power The Ringer’s video podcast network, bridging the gap between creative vision and operational scale. My strategies ensure seamless delivery to Spotify, Netflix, Samsung TV and YouTube, balancing high-volume output with premium quality standards.
Outside of my corporate leadership, I am the Creator and Showrunner of the award-winning scripted podcast ‘Transmissions From Colony One’. As co-owner of John Richter Creative, I employ a deep technical background in directing, editing, and creative direction to deliver high-engagement, award-winning intellectual property that wins awards and captures audiences. Whether I’m managing a global streaming pipeline or directing a scripted series, my focus is always on high-impact storytelling through efficient, world-class production.
